Shipping & Payments

Shipping is complimentary on all orders within the United Arab Emirates.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days, subject to stock availability, payment authorisation and order verification.

Once your order is on its way, tracking details will be sent by email.

International shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before payment.

Some destinations are shipped on a Delivered Duties Unpaid basis. Where applicable, import duties, customs charges and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed or cannot be delivered after reasonable attempts, associated return shipping charges, duties or other costs may be deducted from any store credit issued.

MIRLA orders are fully tracked and insured until delivery to the address provided with your order.

Tracking information is sent once your order has been dispatched.

All prices and transactions are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED). Prices include VAT where applicable.

MIRLA accepts Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.

Cash on delivery, bank transfer and cheque are not accepted.
